1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jj55," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jj55 platform accessible at jj55.bio, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" means the jj55 website (jj55.bio), all associated mobile-optimized pages, account systems, game lobbies, and any other digital service operated under the jj55 brand.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jj55 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jj55 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds held in a Player's jj55 Account balance, as distinct from any free-play or demonstration mode.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Player by jj55 under terms specified at the time of the offer.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority mandated under Presidential Decree No. 1869 to regulate gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines.

Headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to "including" or "includes" shall be read as "including without limitation."

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jj55 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jj55. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

jj55 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age for real-money gambling in the Philippines. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in real-money play on the jj55 Platform. This restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their country of residence.

jj55 reserves the right to require age verification at any time using valid Philippine government-issued identification (including but not limited to a Philippine National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID). Failure or refusal to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jj55 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines and who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under applicable Philippine law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in their specific jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active Account on the jj55 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all accounts.

3.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. jj55 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj55 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — will be treated as your activity and subject to these Terms.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jj55 customer support immediately via the contact details provided at the end of these Terms. jj55 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access prior to notification.

You agree not to allow any other individual — including family members, friends, or colleagues — to use your Account. You further agree not to access any other person's Account on the jj55 Platform.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jj55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jj55's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single transaction limits and daily limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts under standard withdrawal thresholds, subject to security checks and network availability. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day. jj55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the jj55 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jj55 does not accept or process foreign currency deposits.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jj55 Account are legitimately yours, are not derived from illegal activities, and do not violate applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jj55 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentive programs to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period and will expire if not used within that time.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without fulfilling applicable wagering requirements.
• jj55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonuses if misuse, fraud, or collusion is suspected.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Self-excluded Players are not eligible to claim or use any bonus offers during the period of self-exclusion.

7. Gameplay Rules and Betting

All games offered on the jj55 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are conducted with physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in supervised studio environments streamed via HD video.

Each game category (slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting) is subject to its own specific game rules displayed within the game interface or associated help documentation. In the event of a discrepancy between the visual result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on jj55's servers, the server-side result shall be definitive and final.

jj55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under error conditions, technical malfunction, or circumstances where a pricing or odds error has occurred. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table and are displayed prior to wagering.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj55 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players or with casino staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games — such errors must be reported to jj55 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine law or international financial regulations.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after legitimate transactions.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to mask your physical location or to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at jj55 staff, live dealers, or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jj55 Platform — including but not limited to the jj55 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of jj55 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jj55 Platform without prior written authorization from jj55.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jj55 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jj55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jj55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications network failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jj55 shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jj55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jj55 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities when required by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jj55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your session duration and net balance movement.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jj55 regarding a transaction, game outcome, or any other matter arising from use of the Platform, the Player must first contact jj55 customer support in writing (via the contact details below) and allow jj55 ten (10) business days to investigate and respond.

If the dispute remains unresolved following jj55's internal review, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority. jj55 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

All disputes shall be governed by Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to Terms

jj55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jj55 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
